Our basketball classes teach students fundamental techniques such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive maneuvers. Through drills and practice games, students learn to improve their hand-eye coordination, develop teamwork and communication skills, and increase their understanding of game strategy. Additionally, conditioning exercieses are integrated to build strength, agility, and endurance.


Gymnastics is a sport using activities such as tumbling, vaulting, balance beam, and more. We teach techniques and skills such as balancing, flexibility, strength training, and coordination. Also proper body alignment, form, and safety guidelines while performing various gymnastics routines and exercies are taught.


Martial Arts is a dynamic and challenging workout that provides students with the opportunity to learn self-defense techniques, build strength and endurance, and improve their overall well-being. Our experience instructor guides each student through warm-up exercises, drills, and sparring sessions.


Personal Training
During our personal training sessions, we focus on developing both physical fitness and essential skills tailored to individual goals. Sessions begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare the body for exercise. Skills taught include fundamental exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups, along with advanced techniques for agility and endurance training. Throughout the session, we encourage open communication, allowing for real-time feedback and adjustments to optimize each participant's experience and growth. Ultimately, the goal is to foster a supportive environment that empowers individuals to achieve their personal fitness aspirations while building confidence in their abilities.


In our painting class, students will embark on a personalized creative journey tailored to their unique interests and skill levels. Each session will focus on a variety of techniques, including drawing, painting, and mixed media, enabling students to explore different styles and mediums. Through guided exercises, they will learn foundational skills such as color theory, composition, and perspective, while also developing their ability to express emotions and ideas through their artwork. Additionally, students will receive constructive feedback to help refine their techniques and boost their confidence.


In our drawing class, students enhance their artistic skills and creativity by drawing, shading, composition, perspective, and color theory. The personalized curriculum promotes critical thinking and includes tailored one-on-one feedback, fostering artistic growth. WORLDWIDE

Our bike riding class enhances both the physical and mental skills needed for safe and enjoyable cycling. We teach proper balance and exercises that connect steering and pedaling. On the mental side, we help improve your awareness of surroundings, enabling you to recognize obstacles and make quick decisions.


Soccer is a fun and exciting sport where players use their feet to kick a ball into a goal. You are taught the basic skills of soccer, such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defending.

Our baseball private sessions allow our youngsters to work with our expert coaches in all aspects of baseball, including, pitching, catching, fielding, and batting. Our coaches pinpoint areas for improvement and work with our clients on rapidly building their skills and their self esteem
