
Private Sessions
We offer a variety of private and small group coaching options designed to help individuals improve at their own pace in a structured, encouraging environment. Sessions can be arranged as 1-on-1 training or group sessions, depending on your goals and preferences, with both female and male coaches available. We work across a wide range of activities including gymnastics, parkour, sports, art, bike riding, personal training, and so much more, tailoring each session to the participant’s interests and needs. Programs are available for all ages, from toddlers through 99+ years, ensuring everyone can participate at a level that works for them.
Training can take place in our gym, at your home, at a local park, or in your bungalow colony, offering flexible options to fit your schedule and location.
Our sessions are focused on skill development, with an emphasis on improving specific abilities, refining technique, and building confidence through consistent, targeted coaching and steady progress.
In addition to individual training, you can also hire a coach to work directly with your own sports team, bringing structured, professional instruction right to your group. Our coaches help organize practices, develop skills, improve teamwork, and create clear progression plans tailored to your team’s goals, age group, and level of play. Whether it’s building fundamentals or elevating competitive performance, we provide the guidance, structure, and on-field support needed to help your team grow together and perform at a higher level.
We offer private sessions with no commitment required to get started, giving you the flexibility to train as needed. We also offer private session packages as a semester-based option. In addition, we accept Self-Direction where applicable.

Our basketball classes teach students fundamental techniques such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive maneuvers. Through drills and practice games, students learn to improve their hand-eye coordination, develop teamwork and communication skills, and increase their understanding of game strategy. Additionally, conditioning exercieses are integrated to build strength, agility, and endurance.

In our parkour class, students build agility, strength, confidence, and creativity through movement. They learn skills such as rolling, jumping, and vaulting, with techniques tailored to their experience level. Mental training helps participants overcome fears, solve problems, and develop confidence while developing a mindset that embraces creativity and adaptability.

Soccer is a fun and exciting sport where players use their feet to kick a ball into a goal. You are taught the basic skills of soccer, such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defending
Gymnastics is a sport using activities such as tumbling, vaulting, balance beam, and more. We teach techniques and skills such as balancing, flexibility, strength training, and coordination. Also proper body alignment, form, and safety guidelines while performing various gymnastics routines and exercies are taught.
Martial Arts is a dynamic and challenging workout that provides students with the opportunity to learn self-defense techniques, build strength and endurance, and improve their overall well-being. Our experience instructor guides each student through warm-up exercises, drills, and sparring sessions.

In our art class, students explore a variety of mediums and styles, including drawing, painting, and mixed media. They develop creative skills, experiment with different techniques, and express their ideas through art in a supportive environment.
Our bike riding class enhances both the physical and mental skills needed for safe and enjoyable cycling. We teach proper balance and exercises that connect steering and pedaling. On the mental side, we help improve your awareness of surroundings, enabling you to recognize obstacles and make quick decisions.
Our baseball private sessions allow our youngsters to work with our expert coaches in all aspects of baseball, including, pitching, catching, fielding, and batting. Our coaches pinpoint areas for improvement and work with our clients on rapidly building their skills and their self esteem
Our football private sessions give athletes the opportunity to work one-on-one with experienced coaches to develop key skills such as passing, receiving, ball control, footwork, and game awareness. Coaches identify areas for improvement and provide personalized training to help players build their abilities, confidence, and overall performance on the field.
