
Our Policies
Our program is uniquely tailored to insure every child and adult gains skills and confidence in a variety of sports and activities. We ask that you adhere to the following policies:

If you are enrolled in a program, payment is expected for the whole program even if you or your child can not attend a class.

Payment plans are available for programs. If you choose to pay with a payment plan, a credit card must be left on file. If payments are not received in a timely manner, your card will be charged.

Once a program starts, you are liable for full cost of the program even if you back out after the first class.

For private or semi private sessions or private classes, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

In the event that a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours in advance, the client is required to pay in full.

For private and semi private sessions, once you have a set slot, a confirmation text will be sent. If you don't respond, it will be considered as confirmed.

Please arrive on time to your class or private session. In the event, that you arrive late, your session will be billed from the originally stated time.

Safety is very important us at J Leagues. Please behave in a safe manner and follow the directions of the coach. In the event that a participant does not follow directions, he/she will be asked to leave the class. Full payment is still required.

Every J Leagues member must submit a signed copy of the liability waiver prior to attending the first class or session

No payments accepted by programs.

Additional fees may apply to private sessions and programs

Before receiving any J Leagues services, a credit card must be left on file.

All deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable.
