
Women's Gymnastics
Gymnastics for Women offers a supportive and engaging environment to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall fitness. Whether you are returning to gymnastics, exploring a new activity, or working toward specific skills, this class is designed for all experience levels. Participants progress at their own pace in a welcoming, judgment-free setting with an emphasis on safe technique, confidence, and enjoyment.
Classes meet once per week for one hour. This is a flexible program with no semester commitment, allowing participants to attend on a week-to-week basis after their initial registration.
Open Session
Adult Open Gym provides a flexible and welcoming environment for adults to stay active, practice gymnastics skills, improve fitness, or work on personal goals at their own pace. Participants have access to gym equipment and training space during supervised open gym time, making it a great option for both former gymnasts and those looking for a unique way to stay active.
Open Sessions are offered with multiple time options throughout the week, allowing participants to choose the session that best fits their schedule. Sessions run up to 3 hours and provide supervised gym time to practice skills, stay active, and work on personal goals in a flexible environment. Pre-registration is required to attend.
Women's Self Defense
Women’s Self Defense offers a practical and empowering environment to develop awareness, confidence, and personal safety skills. Participants learn effective self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and basic striking and escape strategies in a supportive, judgment-free setting. The class is designed for all experience levels and focuses on building confidence, strength, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in real-life situations.
