Classes
We offer a wide range of movement-based programs designed to support children, teens, and adults at every stage of development, from early childhood through advanced training and fitness. Our classes build strength, coordination, confidence, and discipline in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment, with options that include early childhood movement programs, parkour, gymnastics, tumbling, martial arts, rhythmic gymnastics, and adult fitness. Whether it’s a first introduction to physical activity, skill progression for recreational athletes, or more intensive training for advanced students, each program is designed to meet participants where they are and help them grow at their own pace.
Most classes are 1 hour long unless otherwise specified. A paid trial session is available before committing to a semester, giving participants the opportunity to experience the class firsthand. Semester length varies based on the season and program schedule, with most semesters consisting of up to 12 classes. We also offer seasonal and location-based programming, including special offerings at bungalow colonies during the summer months, bringing high-quality instruction and engaging activities directly to your area.

And More

What to expect: Short structured classes focused on skill development, movement, and fun. Each class includes a warm-up, guided instruction, and skill practice tailored to age and level.
What to wear: For gymnastics and related classes, participants should wear leggings or shorts with a snug-fitting shirt, keep hair tied back, and train barefoot. For parkour and ninja-style classes, well-fitted sneakers with clean, low-profile, flexible soles are required along with comfortable athletic clothing—no jeans or loose-fitting items. For martial arts classes (MMA and self-defense), participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows full range of movement, and train barefoot unless otherwise instructed.
Coaching & Safety: All classes are led in a structured, supportive environment with a focus on safe progressions and proper technique.
