Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a dynamic sport that builds strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, confidence, and body awareness through progressive skill development on floor, apparatus, and tumbling in a fun, structured environment.

Beginner Girls Gymnastics

Beginner Girls Gymnastics introduces foundational skills in a structured and supportive environment. Students learn basic techniques on floor, balance, and coordination while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. The focus is on proper form, safe progressions, and developing a strong gymnastics base. In gymnastics, we continue to build upon the floor skills learned in tumbling while introducing events such as bars and beam. Classes are divided by age and skill level so each student can find a group that fits, and each session is one hour long, providing a consistent structure for skill development and progression.

Classes are offered in 10-week semesters and meet once per week at the day and time selected during registration. Multiple class times are available throughout the week to provide scheduling flexibility when choosing a class. Our upcoming summer schedule is available below, and registration can be completed online or through the Google Form provided.

Intensive Girls Gymnastics

Intensive Girls Gymnastics is designed for athletes ready to train at a higher level with a focus on skill development, strength, and technique refinement. Students work on advanced progressions across multiple events while improving consistency, control, and performance quality in a structured training environment, with each session running 1.5 hours to allow for deeper training, focused repetition, and more advanced skill development.

Classes are offered in 10-week semesters and meet once per week at the day and time selected during registration. Our upcoming summer schedule is available below, and registration can be completed online or through the Google Form provided.

Girls Team Gymnastics

Girls Team Gymnastics

Girls Team Gymnastics is designed for athletes training for competition in the JGL, with a strong emphasis on team participation and progressive skill development. The program focuses on skill mastery, discipline, conditioning, and routine building, helping gymnasts develop consistency, confidence, and strong performance quality within a supportive team environment. Athletes also receive a custom JLeagues leotard and jacket as part of the team experience.

The program runs in monthly semesters, with training schedules varying depending on the month. Each session is 1.5 hours long, and teams typically train 2–3 times per week to support steady progression and routine development throughout the season. Participation requires an evaluation prior to joining to ensure proper team placement and readiness.

Evaluations are currently held after the summer session. Please check back for upcoming evaluation dates and registration details.

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics combines movement, flexibility, coordination, and apparatus work in a graceful and expressive discipline. Students develop skills with apparatus handling, choreography, and performance quality while building strength, control, and artistic expression. Beginner friendly, this class is a great way to discover what rhythmic gymnastics is all about and why it is now an Olympic sport. It combines athleticism with dance, grace, and coordination in a fun and engaging environment, with each session lasting one hour to provide focused instruction and consistent skill development.

Tumbling

Tumbling

Tumbling focuses on floor-based acrobatic skills, including rolls, flips, and combinations that build power, speed, and control. A strong emphasis is placed on developing proper technique, spatial awareness, and safe progressions while improving overall athletic ability in a high-energy environment. Students work on skills such as cartwheels, roundoffs, forward and backward rolls, and back handsprings. Classes are divided by age and skill level to ensure appropriate progression for each student, with each session lasting one hour to allow for focused training, repetition, and steady skill development.
