Parkour is a dynamic movement discipline that builds strength, agility, coordination, confidence, and body awareness through running, jumping, climbing, balancing, and progressive skill development in a fun, structured environment.








Kids Parkour
Kids Parkour for boys and girls is a dynamic introduction to parkour designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence through movement-based challenges. This class focuses on speed and agility, running, jumping, wall climbing, and other aspects of parkour to develop youngsters’ spatial awareness, muscle strength, and self-confidence. Students learn the fundamentals of running, jumping, climbing, balance, and safe landing techniques in a structured and encouraging environment. Classes are adapted to age and ability, helping each child progress at their own pace while staying active and engaged. Each session is one hour long, providing a consistent, structured timeframe for skill development and movement practice.
Classes are offered in 10-week semesters and meet once per week at the day and time selected during registration. Multiple class times are available throughout the week to provide scheduling flexibility when choosing a class. Teen Boys Parkour
Teen Boys Parkour is a high-energy parkour class focused on developing power, control, and technique through progressive movement training. Students work on advanced skills such as vaulting, wall movements, precision jumps, and flow combinations while building endurance and mental focus. Similar to parkour for younger kids, the class continues to build core movement skills while introducing more advanced techniques, including forward and backflips and additional complex movements. The class is designed to challenge teen boys in a structured environment that promotes growth and confidence. Each session is one hour long, allowing time for warm-up, skill progression, and focused training.

Similar to parkour for younger kids, the class continues to develop core movement skills while introducing more advanced techniques, including forward and backflips and additional complex movements. The class supports steady progression in a positive and encouraging environment, allowing each student to grow at their own pace. Each session is one hour long, giving students structured time to train, progress, and refine their skills.

Intensive Parkour
Intensive Parkour is designed for students ages 6+ who are ready for a more advanced level of training and must be evaluated prior to joining to ensure proper placement. This class focuses on higher-level parkour skills including advanced vaults, wall work, precision movements, flow combinations, strength development, and controlled flips where appropriate. Training is more technical and progression-based, with a strong emphasis on form, control, and athletic development in a focused environment. Each session is 1.5 hours long, allowing for extended training time, deeper skill development, and more intensive conditioning.
