Cancellation Policy

In order to keep our programs running smoothly with minimal disruption to activity, we ask that you adhere to the following policies: *If you are enrolled in a program, payment is expected for the whole program even if you or your child can not attend a class. *Once a program starts, you are liable for the whole amount even if you back out after the first class. *If you would like to pay in partial payments, a credit card must be left on file. If payment is not received in a timely manner, your card will be charged. *For private or semi private sessions or private classes, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. *In the event that a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours in advance, the client is required to pay in full. *For private and semi private sessions, once you have a set slot, a confirmation text will be sent. If you don't respond, it will be considered as confirmed. *Please arrive on time to your class or private session. In the event that you arrive late, your session will be billed from the originally stated time. *Please behave in a safe manner and follow the directions of the coach. In the event that a child does not follow directions, he/she will be asked to leave the class. Full payment is still required. *The proper attire is required for all private sessions and programs. *Every Jleagues member must submit a signed copy of the liability waiver prior to attending the first class or session *No payments accepted by programs *Additional fees may apply to private sessions and programs *Before receiving any Jleagues services, a credit card must be left on file *Please be aware your picture or video may posted on social media *All deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable
